Working for Crossroads

After our final ( and deleted ... ) schoolwork, our team has easily found interesting jobs. My two schoolmates had been hired by Emakina, a huge corporate in Brussels.

But Badou still not completly hired...

Indeed, after my grade, I have been hired by crossroads as Flash AS3 Freelance Developer. Even if I work as freelance, I'm not. But in Belgium, we have a small organisation SMartBe that allows you to for as freelance without being.
The project was interesting, motivating, so I jump in.

It was a serious game for workless people.

We already deliver this application, but the client think to bring it to the web, may be I could soon put a link.
For a developer sight, this project contains many interesting thechnics:

• Avatar creation
• Pathfinding
• Activity results and user stats
• LipSync
• Work simulation

And for an human sight, the team was great, and the Project Manager, still trust me and my capabilities.
